Who is Matt?
Matt is a Commercial & Narrative Director based in Essex, UK.
Over the past three years as a Videographer, he’s built his craft working across branded content, fitness platforms, and social media campaigns. He’s taken on roles as a Director, Camera Operator, Cinematographer, Editor, and Sound Recordist, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of production. His projects have taken him across the UK and Europe, with shoots in London, Manchester, Dublin, Paris, Livorno, Mallorca, Gothenburg, and Hannover. That on-the-ground experience gives Matt a practical edge: he understands how every piece of production, from lighting and sound to story and structure, shapes the final creative outcome.
At the heart of Matt’s work is his passion for film. Inspired by the power of cinematic storytelling, he aims to bring that same depth, emotion, and visual impact to every project he takes on, whether he’s working with a brand, developing a spec campaign, or writing a short film.
Now focused on directing full-time, Matt is building a growing body of commercial and narrative work. He’s actively seeking new collaborations that challenge his instincts, push his craft, and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
